Power Battery Service Scope

Hengmang New Energy provides power battery fault diagnosis, inspection and repair, accident appraisal, warranty services, and bulk rectification. We serve passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and energy storage systems. Located at No. 313, Checheng East 5th Road, Longquanyi District, Chengdu. Business hours: 09:00–21:00.

Battery Power Pack Fault Diagnosis and Testing

For issues like sudden range drop, abnormal voltage differences, charging failures, or instrument panel errors, use specialized equipment to read data and measure modules to identify the fault and determine the corrective action.

Read BMS data and fault codes to determine if the issue lies in a cell, module, or connector.
Measure cell voltage differential and internal resistance to locate faulty modules.
Issue a test conclusion specifying whether the module can be repaired or if the entire pack must be replaced.

Battery Pack Repair and Module Replacement

Perform module-level repairs and replacements for issues such as single-module failure, loose solder joints, and aging connectors to restore the battery pack's operability within a controlled cost.

Replace with a matched module to avoid excessive pressure difference between old and new modules.
Repair the sampling harness and connection busbar; restore signal and continuity.
Re-test charge/discharge and voltage differential after packaging to confirm repair effectiveness.
